Processing & Shipping

Orders placed before 2pm PT on business days are processed and shipped the same day. All shipments include full tracking provided by email.

Most domestic orders arrive within 2–4 business days. Compounds are packaged with insulated materials and temperature protection where appropriate.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination. Promotional free-shipping thresholds may apply.

Returns

Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds, we accept returns only for unopened, undamaged products within 14 days of delivery, or for items damaged in transit.

To start a return, email support@cheataminos.com with your order number. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
